denomina\u00e7\u00e3o de origem<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>A primeira grande diferen\u00e7a est\u00e1 na <strong>origem e na regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Parmigiano Reggiano<\/strong> possui uma <strong>DOP (Denomina\u00e7\u00e3o de Origem Protegida)<\/strong> extremamente rigorosa e s\u00f3 pode ser produzido em zonas espec\u00edficas de It\u00e1lia: Parma, Reggio Emilia, Modena e partes de Bolonha e M\u00e2ntua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Grana Padano<\/strong> tamb\u00e9m tem DOP, mas \u00e9 produzido numa \u00e1rea muito mais vasta do norte de It\u00e1lia, permitindo uma produ\u00e7\u00e3o em maior escala.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 <em>Curiosidade:<\/em> Em It\u00e1lia, o Parmigiano Reggiano
