This thoroughly delightful restaurant became our regular place during our week long holiday in Galé. The food is exceptional…we tried most of the menu..,there wasn’t a dish that disappointed. The waitrons were unbelievably efficient, professional and very friendly. Whether sitting outside, upstairs or inside, all tables are great. Wide menu variety, but all simply delicious. Pizzas, steaks, risottos, pasta, hamburgers, fish…. And a great wine selection and good recommendations. All in all - this place made our stay!
LTWells101 — TripAdvisor | BellavitaBooked by chance during day. Delighted with this upmarket, well appointed restaurant. Excellent Italian menu, good range of wines. Live music in evening. Food to a high standard, nicely presented. After you've had your main course, service is bit slow, getting their attention. One of small group of restaurants in the old town. Will definitely visit again and recommend to others 👍
Peter Hoggan — Google Review | Castello di NorciaThis is my favorite restaurant. From the minute you walk in the door you feel truly welcomed by all the staff.Amazing place to see the Sunset on their terrace while enjoying delicious Italian food. It’s owned by Andrea (has 5 restaurants) who must treat his people well as everyone is happy & gracious who work there. Linguine allo Scogligo is crazy delicious with fresh seafood & sauce you want to lick the plate. For lunch bruschetta Italia, Mista salad, & deep fried squid & shrimp - pure goodness & you soak in the sun and watch the waves. The Bologese is perfect comfort food. Martin, Amin & Rita always welcome you with a smile, they are fantastic at their customer service & they have mastered their craft. Martin is very knowledgeable on the wine list & always ready to suggest something new. The sunset is absolutely breathtaking from their terrace. The limoncello from Italy at the end of the meal sends me off in heaven
Deirdre Miller — Google Review | Trattoria ToscanaLast year we already ate here and this year the visit to this fantastic restaurant was at the top of our list. The entourage is very nice and nicely set up.It is spotlessly clean and hygienic, something we find very important. Clean glasses and cutlery etc. are a priority for us. The menus were cleaned piece by piece. The staff are very professional and very friendly. They help you where they can. Besides Portuguese, English, German and French are also spoken. Now about the food. For steak lovers, welcome to Valhalla. You can choose from which part of the world (Uruguay, Argentina, Spain, USA, Poland, Australia or Japan) your t-bone, sirloin steak, tournedos, tomahawk, or picanha should come from. And do you want THE Japanese waguyu sirloin steak? Can that too.The side dishes are also very good.Besides the steaks, other dishes are also served. Lamb, octopus, shrimps, lobster, various pastas and spare ribs are on the menu. The restaurant is located near the harbor of Albufeira and is definitely worth a culinary treat there.
Chanty & Peet — Google Review | Viva La CicciaWe visited this restaurant several times during our short stay in Albufeira. The menu was comprehensive and catered for all tastes. The food was always freshly prepared and the chef was prepared to go off menu to accommodate individual preferences. The staff however greatly enhanced our dining experience and therefore I am pleased to mention the front of house staff Katia, Romi and 'Big Boss Arthur' who were all welcoming, attentive and knowledgeable about the food and wine being served. Special mention to our chef 'L'Italiano Daniele' for our lovely food. Well done.
